AI Job Shield ("the Service") provides AI-powered career risk analysis tools. The Service analyzes job roles for potential AI automation impact and provides informational reports including risk scores, task breakdowns, timeline projections, and upskilling recommendations.

2. Disclaimer

The Service is for informational and educational purposes only. Results are generated by AI and should not be considered professional career advice, employment guidance, or a guarantee of future job market conditions.

AI automation trends are inherently unpredictable. Risk scores and timelines are estimates based on current AI capabilities and should not be the sole basis for career decisions. We recommend consulting with career professionals for personalized advice.

We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the analysis provided.

3. Payments & Refunds

Paid reports and subscriptions are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change with notice.

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the product (instant AI-generated analysis), refunds are generally not provided. However, if you experience a technical issue that prevents you from receiving your analysis, contact us and we will make it right.

4. Data & Privacy

Your job information is sent to OpenAI for analysis and is not permanently stored on our servers. Analysis results are stored temporarily in your browser session.

If you join the waitlist, we store your email address, job title, industry, and overall score. We will not sell or share your personal information with third parties.

Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe and is never stored on our servers.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Job Shield and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
